This package contains sample meal plans for 6 full weeks, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks each day. Each meal plan has been developed with at least 100gm of protein per day and 30 grams of fibre, so you can be confident that you will be consuming the recommended daily intake for fibre goal and also be on track with a great amount of protein each day to help you maintain your lean muscle mass.
The meal plan also contains all recipes and full colour pictures, as well as the nutritional information including calories for each recipe.
