Sarah will work with you to understand your goals in relation to your health and wellbeing, and then will help you to understand where the opportunities lie in bringing about positive change in these areas. You will learn how to make sustainable changes to your nutrition, movement and mindset and then will work with Sarah to develop actions to make these changes. You will be supported along the way to ensure that the changes are sustainable and will make a positive impact on your wellbeing not just for today, but for many years to come.
You will learn strategies that will help with your nutritional intake or other lifestyle factors to address any areas of concern or where opportunities have been identified through your health assessment. Sarah will guide you to identify where the changes could be made to make a positive impact on your wellbeing and will help you commit to the changes and be accountable so that they become a normal part of how you live your life.
